Job Description

Park 6 Logistics is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Account Coordinator to support client accounts and ensure seamless communication between customers and internal teams. This role plays a key part in maintaining exceptional service standards, coordinating account activities, and helping deliver positive customer experiences.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client account inquiries and service requests.
  • Coordinate communication between customers, operations teams, and management.
  • Monitor account activity and assist with maintaining accurate records and documentation.
