Job Description

The Service Account Coordinator serves as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and outstanding service delivery. This role involves coordinating client accounts, monitoring ongoing projects and services, resolving inquiries, and supporting efforts to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts.
