Job Description

GG Media is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Service Account Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, efficient account coordination, and outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily communication with clients regarding services, updates, and account needs
  • Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and account information
  • Assist with scheduling, project coordination, and internal follow-ups
