Join our dynamic and engaged team today! ACCOUNT COORDINATOR - What You’ll Do – Position Summary: On a daily basis, you will be responsible for work order dispatching & follow-ups. You will dispatch, coordinate, schedule, and manage client work orders while also communicating with vendors on services needing rendered. This position will work alongside Account Managers to ensure service and completion of work orders is to the client’s standard. There may be times when you will be handling work below or above your position based on your individual abilities. Often you will float between teams as needed to help with business needs. This person will work with a sense of urgency to handle follow-ups timely and escalate as needed.  Responsibilities: Process customer request for facility services according to establish department policies and procedures. Receive and dispatch all new demand tickets for your client. Make sure all 3rd party websites are kept up to date. Follow up on jobs that are assigned to you that are moving accordingly. Confirms satisfactory completion of required services. Maintain recurring jobs assigned to you and distribute them to the AR (Account Representative) as needed. Follow up on the jobs that you distributed to the AR (Account Representative) to confirm jobs are moving accordingly. Manage the Maintenance email box and handle the emails for your client. Answer the phone in the maintenance queue. Provide timely feedback to Account Manager regarding service failures or customer concerns. Partner with vendors to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations. As directed by Account Manager, may interface with client’s Corporate Facility Department. Perform other related duties assigned to include working weeknights and weekends. Provided administrative support, i.e. (Faxes, assist with Bids & quotes, input orders as require) Maintain databases. Negotiate vendor’s quotes and proposals. Process high volume of data and calls Skills & Experience: One year of experience working in a fast-paced office environment. Time management: The ability to meet deadlines prioritizes, organize, and manage multiple projects. Work well independently and as a team member in a fast-paced office. Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, and good judgment. Attention to detail. Strong customer orientation and communication skills. Proficient understanding using Excel, Outlook, and Internet research tools. Experience with heavy phone queue.
