Job Description

The Service Account Coordinator will support day-to-day client accounts by coordinating service requests, maintaining accurate account information, communicating with internal teams, and helping ensure client needs are addressed efficiently.

You will serve as an important point of contact between clients and internal departments, helping maintain strong relationships while keeping projects, requests, and account activity organized.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client service requests and account-related activities.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for assigned clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and account information.
• Communicate client needs, updates, and priorities to internal teams.
• Follow up on service requests to ensure timely completion.
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, reporting, and account coordination.
• Monitor open requests and help resolve service-related concerns.
• Support account managers and other team members with daily operational needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service efficiency.
• Maintain professional communication throughout the customer relationship.
