Job Description:
Join Florida’s leading provider of specialty pest control services
Turner Pest Control is looking to add a goal oriented individual, who is organized, disciplined, hardworking, and eager to join a great culture, a great company, and start a new career. This position requires an individual with successful verbal skills that can multi-task and retain customers for their annual termite renewal. Requires effective appointment scheduling and navigating multiple calendars. Providing excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude is a must!
Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to):
· Possess strong verbal communication skills
· Manage a high volume of calls, emails, and voicemails
· Make 50-80 outbound calls per day to schedule renewal appointments
· Accurately input data into an industry specific computer program
· Manage multiple schedules dedicated to various territories
· Resolve customer inquiries and problem solving
· Achieve goal for close rate on scheduling

Required Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent
Work Environment:
This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is required to sit at a desk and use the computer for long periods of time.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position. Days of work are Monday through Saturday. Daily schedule will be assigned at time of hire, shift assignment will be between 7:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
