Job DetailsJob Location: 11 East Street - Benton, ME 04901Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $25.00 - $27.00 HourlyAssistance Plus has an immediate opening for a Recruiter to join their growing agency! The Recruiter will support the employment life cycle and the employment process and systems by executing the day-to-day tasks required to provide exceptional customer service to all employees. This position will assess and anticipate HR-related needs, communicate proactively with supervisors, and formulate partnerships with individual managers to deliver value-added service that reflects the mission and objectives of Assistance Plus. This position has a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, processing background checks, updating materials related to recruitment/onboarding, and assisting with wellness/recognition initiatives.
This position will be required to meet the requirements of a regular office schedule, working five days per week Monday-Friday, between the hours of 7:30am and 4:00pm.QualificationsPosition Requirements:
A minimum of two years of related experience in a human resources administrative capacity is required
Associate's Degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have a valid State of Maine driver's license and automobile insurance coverage of $50k/$100k
SHRM-CP or PHR strongly preferred
Must have intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
A positive attitude with excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Experience with full recruitment life cycle highly desired
