Experience We’re Looking For

We’re currently looking for a Customer Success Representative who is professional, dependable, personable, and passionate about creating a great customer experience.

In this role, you’ll be an important part of the customer journey—connecting with customers throughout the day, answering questions, addressing concerns, and helping them schedule appointments with ease. You’ll be the friendly, dependable voice our customers interact with, making sure each conversation feels helpful, professional, and personalized from start to finish.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service, customer success, call center, appointment scheduling, or office experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining a warm, patient, and customer-focused approach
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, professional attitude with a genuine desire to help and care for customers
• Comfortable working with computers, scheduling platforms, and learning new software systems
• Ability to work independently while also being a supportive and collaborative team player
• Reliable and comfortable working in an in-office, phone-based environment

Your Typical Schedule

Monday–Friday: Your schedule will fall between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, based on business needs. In office - Albany, NY!

Saturday: Rotation of Saturday morning once every 8 weeks.
