What you’ll own

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for payments processes, products, and operational workflows.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve complex operational, client, and transaction-related issues.
  • Drive process improvements and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and performance.
  • Coordinate testing, validation, and implementation activities for new products, enhancements, or process changes.
  • Monitor performance metrics and leverage data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and deliver a positive client experience.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned to support team and organizational goals.

  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of payments products, transaction processing, and industry best practices.
  • Analyzes issues, identifies root causes, and implements effective solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and teamwork.

Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $79,400.00-$116,975.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary. We encourage you to consult with your recruiter to confirm the budget for your location and to better understand the applicable pay scale.
