Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is looking for a Per Diem Talent Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team!
📍 Location: Sarasota Memorial Hospital – Sarasota, FL
🕒 Schedule: Flexible, up to 24 hours per week
🏥 Work Arrangement: On-site
What You'll Do:
✅ Support new-hire onboarding and I-9 processing
✅ Assist with employee badging and onboarding compliance
✅ Help coordinate New Employee Orientation (NEO)
✅ Support recruitment events and HR activities
✅ Deliver exceptional customer service to our newest team members
What We're Looking For:
✔️ Required: Minimum of one (1) year of recent, related clerical or administrative experience.
✔️ Preferred: Experience working in a Human Resources department or employment office within a similarly sized healthcare organization.
✔️ Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
✔️ Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
