Our platform lets financial institutions offer point-of-sale and direct online financing at scale, across channels and markets.
We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to be the trusted partner of our US clients across the full customer lifecycle. You will own a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts, drive adoption and program performance, and turn healthy relationships into renewals and expansion. You will work closely with Sales, Delivery, Product and Support, and be the voice of the US customer inside Jifiti.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of US enterprise and mid-market clients (banks, lenders, merchants) across the full lifecycle, from implementation through renewal and expansion.
- Lead executive business reviews and joint success plans tied to each client's lending program goals.
- Track account health and program KPIs: application volume, approval and conversion rates, funded volume, usage, NRR and churn risk.
- Drive renewals, upsell and cross-sell together with Sales, and own a forecast for your book.
- Identify risk early and run recovery plans with Delivery, Product and Support.
- Coordinate new features, integrations and merchant/lender rollouts within existing accounts.
- Bring structured customer feedback into the product roadmap.
- Build scalable CS playbooks, QBR templates and onboarding-to-adoption handoffs for the US market.
- Represent Jifiti at client sites and US industry events.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or Technical Account Management in B2B SaaS.
- Proven ownership of enterprise or strategic accounts, including renewals and expansion targets.
- Experience with financial institutions or fintech: consumer lending, BNPL / POS financing, payments or banking software.
- Comfort with technical products: APIs, integrations and platform configuration.
- Data-driven approach to account health, with CRM / CS tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight or similar).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Based in the US and authorized to work in the US.
- Experience with a white-label or embedded finance platform serving banks and merchants – an advantage.
- Knowledge of lending concepts such as promotional credit terms, multi-lender waterfalls, approval rates and funded volume – an advantage.
- Experience in a global company working with an Israel-based R&D team – an advantage.
