We are looking for a detail-oriented, driven, and proactive Logistic & Account Coordinator to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone early in their career who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and building relationships. You will play a key role in ensuring products move efficiently from supplier to customer—while keeping accounts and data accurate and up to date.
🔑 What you will be doing
- Coordinate daily shipping schedules and keep logistics data updated
- Verify pricing, process orders, and arrange transportation (bulk and retail)
- Monitor shipments and track containers to ensure timely deliveries
- Work closely with carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers
- Troubleshoot delivery issues and find quick, effective solutions
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Prepare and update reports and documentation with precision
