Job Description:

This position will support a territory covering Hanover Park, IL, Itasca, IL, Bloomingdale, IL, and Roselle, IL, within the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago.
 

Work Schedule / Territory Expectations

This role follows a standard 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule, five days per week.

The position requires a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work, virtual team selling, and in-person territory management. Candidates should expect to conduct territory visits 3–4 times per week, with current in-person expectations focused on Tuesday through Thursday. In addition, weekly center visits are required to meet with drivers at the hub and support sales lead generation.

This role does not require overnight travel, but it does require daily travel within the assigned territory. For that reason, the preferred candidate should live close to the territory to minimize travel time and support efficient territory coverage.

The Customer Success Job Family focuses on cultivating strong client relationships, driving retention, and identifying upsell opportunities by ensuring satisfaction, promoting service adoption, and supporting business goals.

The Customer Success Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining client satisfaction, resolving issues, and identifying growth opportunities through strategic engagement, performance monitoring, and data-driven insights. This role also manages a high volume of accounts, contributing to scalable retention and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong customer relationship management capabilities, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze customer trends and metrics to identify growth opportunities and drive customer success through data-informed recommendations.

Required Skills / Experience

  • Proactive customer relationship management

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Account management and trend/data analysis skills, including the ability to analyze customer metrics in DRIVE, identify opportunities for growth through upselling/cross-selling, and drive customer success through data-informed recommendations.
     

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales experience is a plus

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay Range:

The salary range for this position is $64.680,00/year to $113.220,00/year. Actual compensation is based on various factors such as location, job-related knowledge, skills, education/training, and work experience. This position is eligible for our sales incentive plan and offers the annual management incentive plan, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Incentives are not guaranteed and are dependent upon individual and/or company performance.
