The Customer Success Executive (CSE) Direct role is a position that will execute on specific, defined objectives to exceed customer expectations and augment primary selling activities in the areas of account adoption, retention, and expansion at the facility level, including supporting projects related to the Customer success Plan.

Essential Functions

  • Foster outstanding customer relationships by providing input to business reviews, project managing solutions, exhibiting outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Leverage tools and dashboards to understand the customer’s business and supply chain to analyze customer needs to engage internal partners to develop and implement solutions.
  • Penetrate the customer’s organization to develop an understanding of the customer’s business and supply chain post sale needs to enhance customer experience and deliver quantified value.
  • Monitors and takes appropriate action to drive customer expansion
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent or four (4) years of business-to-business sales experience or two (2) years of the Company's business-to-business sales experience required.

Ability to travel overnight as required.

Preferred Qualifications: This is a Departmental Job Notice at the EVP level. Only current employees reporting under the organization of Executive Vice President Jill Brannon are eligible to apply. Overnight travel is required to meet with customers in a face-to-face environment. Domicile: This position may be located anywhere within the contiguous United States. Application Deadline: 6/26/26 5:00 pm CDT. Compensation Grade: SP3.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: Minimum: $4,908.75 /month to Maximum: $9,072.50 /month.

Additional Details: This role supports accounts primarily in the Worldwide Sales Regional space in the eastern U.S.
