Full job details
- Front of House Operations: Greet and assist walk-in clients, manage lobby presentation, assist with customer pick-ups, and serve as a welcoming presence for in-person visitors.
- Sales Support: Handle and process smaller-scale customer sales or escalate to sales reps as needed.
- Customer Communication: Respond to all incoming tickets, phone calls, and inquiries; delegate messages to the appropriate internal departments promptly.
- Order Review & Damage Control: Review incoming orders for accuracy; flag inconsistencies and coordinate solutions for damaged or misprinted items.
- Purchasing Coordination: Manage purchasing for office supplies, production materials, and promotional products.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with production, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless handoffs and status updates for customer orders.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and ticketing systems (Zoho Desk preferred) - Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills
- Experience in print, promotional products, or e-commerce industry is a plus
- Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator is a huge plus!
