The Mission

Our mission is to deliver everyone a sustainable income. Right now 50,000 users make money on Whop every month, and this year users will earn over $5B. We will not stop until 1B people every month are making money on Whop.

Who We're Hiring

You own customer outcomes for services sellers — onboarding, adoption, health, and making sure they actually make money on Whop. You are not a ticket queue and you are not pure quota theater.

This is not a pure AE / President's Club bar. We hire outcomes and adoption specialists:

• Operator fluent in services / 3PL / industrial / field-service motion who has lived the customer pain, OR

  • Top CSM / founding CS who owned onboarding + health with a fixer + relationship mindset, OR

  • Technical-enough CSM: you understand APIs and integrations well enough to recommend solutions and unblock without needing to be the FDE who ships

Our culture is built on the premise that people should be given budget to take large bets, have full agency, and move fast as f*ck. Today there are 100 people full time at Whop — 75% ex-founders.

Location: In-person NYC / Brooklyn, 5 days in office.
