We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager with 7–10 years of overall professional experience and a strong background in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or Enterprise Account Management. The ideal candidate should have experience working with B2B technology products, SaaS platforms, fleet telematics, GPS tracking, connected vehicles, fleet management software, or IoT mobility solutions.

The role involves managing enterprise customer relationships, driving customer satisfaction and retention, handling escalations, managing renewals, and identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop long-term relationships with enterprise customers and strategic accounts.
  • Own the customer lifecycle, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, engagement, and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and senior customer stakeholders.
  • Understand customer business requirements and ensure effective utilization of products and solutions.
  • Proactively identify customer challenges, manage escalations, and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
  • Drive customer retention, renewals, and account expansion initiatives.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Monitor account health, customer satisfaction, product adoption, and renewal opportunities.
  • Manage multiple enterprise accounts while ensuring consistent service delivery and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to improve customer experience and address business requirements.
  • Build strategic account plans to strengthen customer relationships and support long-term business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7–10 years of total professional experience.
  • Relevant experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management, Strategic Account Management, or Enterprise Account Management.
  • Previous experience working with one or more companies in the fleet management, telematics, GPS tracking, connected vehicle, or IoT mobility industry.
  • Strong experience managing enterprise customers, large accounts, and senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer retention, renewals, escalations, and account growth.
  • Experience working with B2B technology products or SaaS solutions.
  • Strong relationship management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and drive long-term customer engagement.
