Positioned at the intersection of technology and business strategy, you will take full ownership of the post-sales customer journey. From guiding technical integrations to advising marketing and product leaders on CRM and mobile automation best practices, your mission is to drive product adoption and unlock continuous account growth. If you have a solid grasp of the mobile app ecosystem, a technical mindset, and deep user empathy, this role offers you the unique opportunity to work at massive scale, master industry-leading tools like Gainsight, and fast-track your career alongside world-class SaaS leaders.</p><div>&nbsp;</div></div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><div>As a part of the Customer Success team at MoEngage, here are some things you can expect:</div><p>● Onboard customers with Integration support and drive adoption of the product</p><p>● Be the point of contact for Accounts and be responsible for the growth of the customer</p><p>● Build relationships with marketing and product team POCs of the customer</p><p>●&nbsp; Provide relevant CRM and mobile marketing automation expertise to the Customers</p><p>●&nbsp; Advise clients on the most effective ways to use the MoEnagage Platform</p><p>●&nbsp; Be a Product Evangelist, consulting the top internet companies on their growth</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>●&nbsp; 1 to 3 years of experience with clients or managed accounts, across Technical, Presales, and Technical Account Management</p><p>●&nbsp; Understanding of the Mobile Ecosystem &amp; App Marketing.
