Customer Success Manager

Your Role:

As a member of the Customer Success team, this role will be responsible for the renewal and expansion for existing Tenable customers in our mid-size Commercial segment.  
Your Opportunity:

• Responsible for renewing and expanding revenue within given client base
• Proactively address any concerns or challenges to secure long-term customer relationships
• Responsible for forecasting and achieving Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets
• Manage a book of mid-sized clients in our Commercial or Enterprise segmentation
• Responsible for onboarding clients, assisting with client adoption, maintaining client satisfaction through consistent value added communications and meetings
• Collaborate  with internal teams such as Territory Managers and Sales Engineers to maintain client health and drive expansion opportunities
• Advocate for the customer within the organization, ensuring their feedback is heard and acted upon Identify expansion opportunities through in-depth conversations and relationship building
• May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time

What You'll Need:

• BA/BS degree and 5+ years of sales experience focused on renewal or growing existing business
• Experience selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or subscription based
• Strong understanding of the products or services offered and the ability to articulate their value to clients.
• Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions
• Strong time management skills
• Consistent and documented track record for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual target metrics
• Strong oral and written communication skills are a must
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with revenue deadlines
• Working knowledge of Google Suite and Salesforce.com
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
