Customer Success Lead

About the Role

Join the Customer Success team at a mental health care company focused on improving access to care for young people. This senior individual contributor role owns strategic school and district partnerships while building the playbooks, metrics, and workflows that help the function scale.

What You'll Do

• Manage strategic school and district partnerships as the primary contact for counselors and other school stakeholders.

• Help school partners identify more students who could benefit from care and grow referrals across your portfolio.

• Define and improve the team's approach to increasing referral volume.

• Create playbooks, metrics, and dashboards to monitor school health and help the team prioritize its work.

• Use AI tools to automate repetitive workflows.

• Represent customer needs to Operations, Product, Growth, and Clinical teams.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of individual contributor experience in customer success or account management, including managing a book of 100 or more accounts.

• Experience driving upsells and working across customer success, account management, sales, or business development.

• Hands-on experience at an early-stage startup, ideally from Seed through Series B, building processes with limited resources.

• Experience developing customer success playbooks and managing a high-volume portfolio.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and AI tools.

• B2B2C or B2C experience is helpful, as is experience with education technology, K-12 schools, or school partnerships.

• Interest in expanding access to mental health care for children and young people.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $110,000 to $150,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

Hybrid, with three days per week in New York, New York.
