As an Admissions Coordinator, you'll be one of the first voices prospective patients and their families hear. You'll listen, educate, answer questions, and help individuals understand how Enterhealth's nationally recognized treatment programs can support their recovery journey.

What You Will Do

• Build meaningful relationships with prospective patients and families.
• Educate callers about Enterhealth's treatment programs and services.
• Guide individuals through the admissions process with empathy and professionalism.
• Partner with clinical and medical teams to coordinate admissions.
• Verify insurance benefits and gather required information.
• Maintain accurate documentation and consistent follow-up.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from the first call through admission.
