About the Role
As an Account Coordinator for FreezPak Logistic, you will play a key role in supporting the effective management of customer accounts and ensure the smooth execution of logistics operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and transportation partners.
What You’ll Do
- Support the effective management of customer accounts and ensure smooth execution of operations
- Ensure that all information on customer accounts is accurate in our system
- Effectively communicate and partner with other internal team, clients and transportation partners
What You Bring to the Pak
- Experience: Previous experience with customer service, logistics coordination, or account management role within the 3PL or logistics industry preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and logistics management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000 annually
The range listed is the Company’s good-faith estimate of the annual base salary for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, location, internal equity, and market factors, consistent with applicable pay transparency laws.
