About Virtualite 
Virtualite Business Process Outsourcing Services helps entrepreneurs and organizations streamline operations through virtual support and digital process management. We drive growth by improving efficiency, productivity, and scalability—allowing clients to focus on what matters most. 

We are looking for client growth representatives with the ability to work remotely to drive revenue through client expansion and relationship development.  

In this role: 
• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts  
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and service expansion opportunities 
• Conduct consultative conversations to uncover evolving client needs 
• Present additional service solutions aligned with client goals 
• Maintain accurate account notes, forecasts, and growth pipeline in CRM tools 
• Collaborate with onboarding and operations teams to support client success 
 
We are looking for: 
• Experience in account management, client growth, or sales roles is a plus but not required 
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills 
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment 
• Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Experience in BPO, SaaS, or professional services preferred
