Full job details
We're looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as a trusted advisor for our existing customers. In this role, you'll combine relationship management with technical expertise to help clients maximize the value of our cloud and cybersecurity solutions. You'll proactively identify opportunities for growth, strengthen customer relationships, and drive long-term retention.
What You'll Do- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong client relationships and guiding onboarding, implementation, and platform best practices
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to monitor account health and drive optimization
- Partner with Support Services to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating as needed
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support contract renewals in partnership with Sales
- Act as the voice of the customer.
- 3+ years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Customer Success, or similar client-facing technical role within a managed IT services provider (MSP) environment
- Experience managing a portfolio of accounts and prioritizing competing demands
- Familiarity with CRM and customer success tools
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Comfortable discussing technical concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Halo PSA is a plus
- Familiarity with PandaDoc is a plus
- Competitive salary of 70,000-80,000 USD/year with opportunities for commissions
