About Lawgistics

Since 1997, Lawgistics has been the trusted IT partner for mid-to-large law firms across the US. We’re a cloud-first, tight-knit MSP that takes our work seriously — but not ourselves. We geek out over automation, clean processes, and excellent client service, and we have a lot of fun doing it.

The Role

We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager who can do something rare: build genuine client relationships and speak fluently with engineers in the same breath. You’ll own a portfolio of clients, serve as their trusted technology advisor, and make sure Lawgistics is delivering real, measurable value at every turn.

This is not a pure sales role and it’s not a pure technical role — it lives right in between, and that’s what makes it great.

What You’ll Do

Own Your Client Relationships

Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of law firm and professional services clients. Run QBRs, build trust at the executive level, and make sure clients feel genuinely supported.

Drive Service Delivery

Partner with the service desk and engineering teams to ensure SLA adherence, KPI performance, and client satisfaction. When something isn’t right, you’ll own getting it fixed.

Grow Your Accounts

Identify opportunities to expand service adoption — whether that’s cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or other solutions your clients actually need. You’ll grow revenue by solving real problems, not pushing products.

Bridge the Gap

Translate complex technical concepts into business language for clients, and client priorities into clear direction for technical teams. You’re the connective tissue.

Report & Improve

Track performance metrics, present quarterly business reviews, and use data to drive service improvements and strategic planning.

What You Bring

•       Bachelor’s degree required

•       5+ years of experience in an MSP or IT services environment

•       Background in account management, client success, or technical sales — ideally all three

•       Strong grasp of IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity concepts

•       Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and client satisfaction metrics

•       Proven ability to grow accounts and retain clients through genuine relationship-building

•       ConnectWise or similar PSA/CRM experience a plus

•       You’re as comfortable in a boardroom as you are in a technical conversation

Location Requirement

This role is based out of our Carlsbad, CA headquarters. We require candidates to live within 20 miles of our office.  Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.

Why Lawgistics

We’re small enough that your impact is visible and big enough to keep things interesting. You’ll work with a sharp, collaborative team across a diverse range of client environments, with real room to grow. We celebrate wins, learn from mistakes, and yes — the snacks are really good.

If you’re a technically fluent relationship-builder who loves making clients successful, we’d love to meet you.
