Full job details
We are a fast growing cybersecurity startup redefining how organizations defend themselves. As attackers leverage AI for high speed strikes, we provide defenders with the same capabilities. Our platform creates an AI driven Autonomous Attacker that thinks like a hacker, generating end to end attack chains across Web, Cloud, and AI applications to prioritize mitigation where it matters. Founded a year and a half ago, we've moved at lightning speed raising a Seed from CyberStarts and a Series A from Lightspeed. With offices in Tel Aviv and New York, we maintain a high transparency, low ego environment where exceptional individuals have the autonomy to make a massive impact on a category defining product.
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our New York office and be the trusted technical advisor for our US customers. You will own the post-sale journey from onboarding and deployment through long-term adoption and growth. You will work on-site with customers and our go-to-market team, and partner closely with our R&D and Security Research teams in Tel Aviv.
What You'll Do
- Own the post-sale technical relationship end-to-end. You will take a clean handoff from Solutions Engineering at deal close and serve as the customer's primary technical point of contact from then on.
- Lead technical onboarding and implementation from kickoff through full deployment, including integrations with security tools, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Translate customer requirements into implementation plans, timelines, and clear success criteria.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor by guiding customers on best practices for configuration, policy setup, and getting the most out of the platform in their security environment.
- Drive ongoing adoption and account health. You will identify opportunities to expand usage across new applications, teams, and use cases.
- Run regular technical business reviews with customer security leaders to show value, surface risks, and align on the roadmap for each account. Some of these will be onsite meetings.
- Serve as the customer's voice to our Tel Aviv R&D and Security Research teams. You will troubleshoot and escalate technical issues while keeping ownership of the customer relationship.
- Build and maintain documentation, runbooks, and reusable assets as the customer base scales.
- Partner closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and R&D across New York and Tel Aviv to support renewals and expansion, share customer feedback, and flag technical or adoption risks early.
- Track and report on time-to-value, adoption, and account health metrics across your portfolio.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role, such as Technical Account Manager, Technical CSM, Implementation Engineer, or Solutions Engineer. Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS is a plus.
- Strong understanding of core security concepts, such as web application security, cloud security, or AI/LLM security.
- Hands-on experience with technical implementation: APIs, integrations, configuration, and troubleshooting in production environments.
- Comfortable reading logs, working with APIs and webhooks, and holding in-depth technical conversations with customer security and engineering teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to both technical and executive audiences, including CISOs and security leadership.
- Comfortable working with a global team across time zones, including early-morning syncs with Tel Aviv.
- Strong project and account management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customers at once and prioritize clearly.
- A customer-first mindset that balances technical depth with business context.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-transparency startup environment.
- Based in or able to commute to New York City, with the ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications

- Background in cybersecurity tools, developer tools, or DevSecOps.
- Experience supporting customers on AI/ML-driven products.
- Experience supporting renewals and account expansion with enterprise customers.
