Job Summary
Provides a variety of recruitment and employment related administrative support and general office practices for the Employment Office of the Human Resources Division and effectively represents Sarasota Memorial Hospital in interactions and communications with employees, management staff, applicants, outside vendors, agency personnel, attorneys, and others.
Required Qualifications
- Require minimum of one (1) year of recent related clerical/administrative experience; Preferably in a Human Resources Division or Employment Office of a similarly sized health care institution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prefer excellent customer service skills and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of staff and the public, both in person and by telephone.
- Prefer strong computer skills, and working knowledge of commonly used applications, such as, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Prefer a self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Mandatory Education
HS EQ: High School Diploma, GED or Certificate
Preferred Education
AD: Associate's Degree
