adapting productively when priorities or information change.
 Reliable and independently responsible for assigned work hours, work assignments, and committed action items.
 Comfortable making sound, in-policy decisions for standard processes and recurring situations.
 Disciplined in basic time and priority management, with the ability to adapt when required.
 Motivated by detail-oriented and analytical work involving research, investigation, comparisons, and identifying trends or

 Effective communicator across in-person, virtual, phone, written, and documentation-based interactions.
 Able to cope with ambiguity or change in a productive manner.
 Able to quickly learn commonly used service, selling, or support tools and technologies, including MS Office/Office 365, SAP,

experience.
 Bachelor’s degree.

Work Environment
 This entry-level role will involve substantial daily collaboration with trainers and/or colleagues at the start, with ongoing
collaboration multiple times per week.
 Customer needs, team priorities, or business goals may require overtime hours.
 Sufficient work-from-home arrangements will be necessary for any non-office days.
 Fully remote work may be permissible with qualified prior experience and sufficient full-time work-from-home arrangements.
 Full-time remote workers may be required to travel to Omnicell locations semi-annually.
