Senior Client Onboarding Specialist

Wilmington, DE

Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm or 8:30am – 5:00 pm

CSC’S Customer Acquisitions Team partners with our sales teams and others to ensure a smooth transition for new clients of CSC’S Registered Agent, Annual Reports, and Business License services.  As a Senior Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for the oversight of onboarding projects to meet service level agreements and customer commitments. A successful candidate in this role is highly organized and self-motivated with a strong customer focus. 

Some of the things you will be doing: 

  • Working closely with multiple business areas to deliver on high volume projects
  • Ensuring the highest levels of productivity, service, and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinating and facilitating customer communication for some of top tier client onboardings
  • Overseeing multiple aspects of current onboarding projects
  • Participating in discussions related to process improvements and collaborating with team members to do the same
  • Partnering with sales and customers to ensure proper expectations are set
  • Acting as a resource for escalated customer communication
  • Communicating updates relating to onboarding projects to the team

     

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

  • At least 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects of high importance
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
  • Proven ability to lead peers through actions and influence
  • Superb organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • An understanding that his/her success is interdependent with the success the team
  • Ability to thrive in a high volume, deadline driven environment
  • Attention to detail

     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Management experience in a fast-paced administrative environment
  • Legal compliance experience
  • Business to business customer service experience
  • Salesforce experience a plus
