SAP NS2 Customer Success Advocate

SAP NS2 is seeking a Customer Success Advocate to deliver high-quality support to customers and internal teams. This role helps users navigate customer portals, investigate and troubleshoot issues, manage cases through resolution, and build trusted customer relationships.

What you’ll build

A seamless, high-quality support experience for customers and internal teams across the organization. This role serves as a trusted point of contact, helping users navigate customer portals, investigate issues, troubleshoot challenges, and manage cases through resolution.

Strong customer relationships will be developed through proactive communication, timely updates, and dependable follow-through. In partnership with cross-functional teams, the Customer Success Advocate will support issue resolution, assist during critical production or go-live situations, and contribute to improvements in the customer support experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing support experience and a commitment to excellent customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with varied audiences
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, ask effective questions, and apply creative problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and focus on quality
• Ability to prioritize work, meet structured timeframes, and deliver results under pressure
• Proactive and accountable approach to independently managing assigned work
• Experience using customer relationship management tools or similar case-management system

The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate will fall within that range and will depend on factors such as education, skills, experience, location, and scope of the role, as determined through the selection process.
