TauRx Therapeutics is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Success Specialist to join our pioneering team. As a leader in the field, TauRx is committed to discovering, developing, and commercialising innovative treatments for neurodegenerative disorders. The Customer Success Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our key stakeholders, ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience with our programmes and platforms. You will be the voice of TauRx, building strong relationships and providing exceptional support to our partners in the fight against degenerative brain disorders.



Responsibilities



• Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued stakeholders, including clinical research sites and partners.

• Proactively manage and nurture relationships to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.

• Guide and support stakeholders through onboarding processes for our systems and programmes.

• Address enquiries and resolve issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

• Gather and analyse stakeholder feedback to provide insights for internal teams and contribute to service improvements.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications and activities within our CRM system.

• Collaborate closely with internal departments, such as clinical operations and research, to ensure a cohesive and supportive stakeholder journey.

• Assist in the development of support materials, including guides and frequently asked questions.



Qualifications



The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing outstanding service and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.



Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer success, client services, account management, or a related role.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of empathy and patience.

• Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

• The ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse workload effectively.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.



Desirable Qualifications:

• A background in the healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry is highly advantageous.

• Previous experience supporting clinical trials or patient engagement programmes.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Life Sciences, Business, or Communications.
