Property Onboarding Specialist

About the Opportunity

Renjoy manages 200+ vacation homes across Colorado Springs and is growing fast. As we bring on new properties, we need a detail-obsessed contractor who can take a newly signed home from walkthrough to guest-ready — independently, efficiently, and without hand-holding.

This is project-based contract work. Each onboarding is its own engagement with a clear scope and finish line. You'll work across multiple onboardings simultaneously, set your own schedule within project timelines, and deliver results — not hours.

A valid Colorado driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are required. Mileage is reimbursed.

Scope of Work

For each assigned property onboarding, you will:

• Conduct an in-person inventory walkthrough of the newly signed home, documenting existing furnishings, decor, and equipment

• Record video during walkthroughs for inventory tracking and internal reference

• Flag maintenance needs and guest experience issues identified during walkthroughs so they can be resolved before launch

• Source and order approved inventory items (primarily via Amazon) within the project budget, using sound purchasing judgment

• Coordinate scheduling of the initial deep clean with the housekeeping team

• Stage the property for photography and guest arrival — wall art, cord management, visual polish

• Coordinate and schedule professional photography

• Set up welcome materials for the first guest stay

• Confirm the property meets guest-ready standards at go-live

• Participate in project check-ins as needed to align on active property timelines

What You Bring

• Strong attention to detail — you catch what others miss and act on it without being asked

• Comfortable making independent judgment calls on purchasing, staging, and prioritization within defined parameters

• Experience in property management, interior staging, hospitality operations, or a related field

• Able to move fast when timelines are tight without cutting corners on quality

• Comfortable using smartphone apps and software tools to document and track work

• Operates your own independent contracting business or works across multiple clients

• Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable personal vehicle

• Active Certificate of Insurance (COI) — required prior to first engagement. You are responsible for maintaining your own coverage for the duration of the contract.

Contract Terms

• 1099 Independent Contractor

• $25/hour

• Project-based engagements — scope and timeline defined per property

• You set your own schedule within agreed project deadlines

• Active COI required and must be provided to Renjoy before work begins. Renjoy reserves the right to pause or terminate engagements if coverage lapses.
