Online Account Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Online Account Coordinator will provide administrative support to our rapidly growing online department. This role will assist in the department's daily office needs and general administrative activities.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Foster long-term relationships with clients.
• Write and distribute email correspondence with clients.
• Prepare regularly scheduled reports for management.
• Present new or additional products and services to customers.
• Respond and resolve all customer concerns.
• Maintain and organize records of sales deals.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience in Customer Service a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two (2) years related experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Some walking with exposure to outside elements may occur occasionally.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.25/hour
