\n🔸 Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for new restaurant partners, guiding them smoothly from the kickoff call straight through to go-live.
🔸 Set up, configure, and test each account so the platform perfectly captures the restaurant's unique voice, menu, hours, and policies from day one.
🔸 Chat warmly and clearly with restaurant owners and staff (who might not be super techy!) via email, phone, and text to ensure they feel supported every step of the way.
🔸 Play tech detective to troubleshoot setup and integration hiccups (like POS, Toast, OpenTable, or SevenRooms) and know exactly when to tag in the product or engineering squads.
🔸 Juggle multiple onboarding projects like a pro, making sure no account gets left behind or falls through the cracks.
🔸 Craft and polish onboarding playbooks, templates, and docs to make our processes faster, sleeker, and more consistent as we scale.
🔸 Team up with Sales and Support to make handoffs seamless, while tracking key metrics (like time-to-go-live) to spot trends and level up the user experience.
🎧 You bring 1-3 years of rock-solid experience in B2B SaaS Implementation or Customer Onboarding.
🎧 Your written and verbal communication skills in English are stellar, paired with a kind, empathetic, and customer-first vibe.
🎧 You're super organized and process-driven—you don't wait for structure, you build it!
🎧 You thrive in the fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment of an early-stage startup and love figuring things out.
🎧 You have a "thinks scalably" mindset: solving today's puzzle while figuring out how to make it repeatable for tomorrow.
🎧 You're a wizard with CRM and support tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom), and if you know your way around hospitality tech (POS, reservations, restaurant software), that's a massive plus!
