Aston Carter is partnering with a growing animal health organization seeking a Logistics Coordinator / Customer Success Representative to join their team in Parkville, MO.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in veterinary services, animal health, logistics, customer service, sales, account management, operations, or administrative support. While experience in a veterinary clinic or animal health environment is highly preferred, the client is also open to considering candidates from other industries who possess strong customer-facing experience, relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to manage accounts, coordinate logistics, and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for veterinary clinics and animal health customers.
- Support customers with product orders, shipping coordination, and delivery tracking.
- Assist with customer onboarding, training, and product adoption.
- Build strong relationships with veterinary professionals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Communicate product information, features, and benefits to customers.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records within Salesforce and other CRM systems.
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing and prospective customers.
- Resolve customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions.
- Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and warehouse teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Track customer interactions, sales activities, and territory performance.
- Conduct outreach and follow-up with customers to support retention and account growth.
- Assist with territory management and account development initiatives.
Qualifications/ Preferred Backgrounds

Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales, logistics, administration, account management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience resolving customer concerns and delivering excellent service.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
