TRC is looking for a Lead Customer Success Engineer with the ability to handle software technical support and software testing.  The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, ability to self-manage projects, and be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.

• Provide high-quality technical support by responding in real-time to customer needs in cases submitted via email, chat, and/or phone interactions. 
• Analyze customer issues to identify, understand, and articulate the core problem and potential solutions. 
• Partner with team members to identify common patterns, align on the best path forward, and solve cases.  
• Maintain comprehensive case documentation in our customer relationship management (CRM) system to better understand the mission and activities of our customers. 

• 5 years experience with GIS technologies, understanding of ESRI technology is required, specifically ESRI server technology including ArcGIS Enterprise / Portal.  
• Experience communicating with customers with varying technical aptitudes in GIS and information technology 
•  Knowledge of information technology frameworks, including security, networking, installation, configuration, and performance Self-starter, team player, with ability to bring alternate points of view to the discussion.
• Strong organizational skills and collaboration skills required.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
