As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will step into a pivotal, high-impact strategic role, driving direct revenue growth for the company while partnering with major corporate client accounts. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Ownership: Assume full accountability for managing, steering, and strategically expanding relationships with enterprise-level client portfolios and major corporate accounts.
• Relationship Building: Establish durable, trust-based connections with key corporate decision-makers, accessibility leads, and executive leadership.
• Value Expansion: Proactively identify and secure strategic up-selling and cross-selling opportunities by collaborating closely with internal Enterprise Sales and Product Management teams.
• Lifecycle Governance: Direct the complete lifecycle of client accounts, covering initial technical onboarding, solution adoption, performance optimization, and seamless contract renewals.
• Data-Driven Success: Facilitate structured Business Reviews, tracking critical performance indicators while presenting demonstrable evidence of return on investment and business value.
• Churn Mitigation: Recognize early warning signs of client dissatisfaction and retention risks, deploying proactive mitigation strategies and targeted retention frameworks.
• Cross-Functional Interface: Function as the primary internal advocate and communication bridge connecting enterprise clients with our technical, product, and sales divisions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Haves:

• Relevant Track Record: Multiple years of professional experience operating successfully as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager overseeing enterprise clients within a fast-paced start-up, scale-up, or software environment.
• Bilingual Capability: Professional fluency in both German (C1 standard) and English (C1 standard) across verbal and written communication for executive interactions.
• Tool Expertise: Practical, hands-on background navigating modern CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) and customer success tooling.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical reasoning and structured problem-solving talents, coupled with a deep client-first commitment, commercial awareness, and sharp negotiation skills.
