The Opportunity

As our Customer Success Specialist - Equipment, you'll be the operational backbone of equipment sales and support across Les Mills United States. You'll work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure equipment orders, fulfillment, warranty management, and support processes are delivered with excellence.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys combining customer service, operations, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end equipment order processing, fulfillment, and customer support
• Act as a key point of contact for equipment-related inquiries and issue resolution
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Support warranty claims and equipment service processes
• Maintain accurate customer and order information within Salesforce and related systems
• Partner closely with Customer Experience, Finance, Marketing, Product, and global stakeholders
• Create and improve workflows, SOPs, and operational processes
• Contribute to projects that improve customer experience and operational efficiency
• Deliver outstanding service to clubs, partners, and internal stakeholders

What You'll Bring

• Experience in customer success, customer operations, sales support, order management, or a related field
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset
• Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Confidence managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering great experiences
