Customer Success Representative

Welcome to Parametrics Medical!  We are seeking a Customer Success Representative who enjoys taking care of people and takes pride in getting the details right.  The ideal candidate is highly organized, exceptionally detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and someone who naturally takes ownership of a task rather than waiting to be told what to do next.

This person should be comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. They should have a natural ability to anticipate needs, remember important details, follow through on commitments, and make customers feel that they are receiving personalized, attentive service.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Answer the phone every time it rings.
• Have outstanding attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Communicate exceptionally well, both verbally and in writing.
• Have a genuine passion for helping people and creating a positive customer experience.
• Be highly organized and able to manage multiple customers, companies, and priorities at once.
• Assist with inventory management and be an expert on product and service availability.
• Demonstrate excellent follow-through and personal accountability.
• Be proactive and naturally inclined to anticipate what needs to happen next.
• Be comfortable answering a high volume of phone calls and managing email communication without sacrificing quality.
• Be resourceful and able to solve problems using good judgment.
• Be calm, patient, and professional when dealing with challenging or time-sensitive situations.
• Be comfortable working with confidential or sensitive information.
• Take pride in providing the level of service you would expect from a premium or luxury brand.

Must have qualifications:

College degree or equivalent experience

At least 1 year of customer service experience

Strong communication and critical thinking skills

MS Office and CRM experience
