About the Role
Location: New York City (Primary), Denver, Chicago, Singapore (APAC), London, San Francisco, Austin, Los Angeles
Commitment: 5 Days In-Person
We're looking for someone who can give the customer success team a reliable view of accounts and a repeatable way to act on it.
In Customer Success Operations at Endex, you'll build the systems, reporting and workflows behind customer onboarding, adoption and retention. You'll partner with CSMs on process while they own customer relationships.
Your Key Responsibilities
Build the CS Operating Model: Maintain lifecycle stages, onboarding handoffs, account segmentation and clear ownership across the customer team.
Make Health Signals Useful: Combine usage and relationship data into practical dashboards, review cadences and alerts that lead to action.
Improve Health Reporting: Keep account signals understandable and tied to action.
Scale Customer Programs: Build repeatable workflows for onboarding milestones, adoption follow-up, business reviews and renewal-risk escalation.
Measure the Lifecycle: Report onboarding progress, adoption and retention consistently.
What We're Looking For
Operational Experience: You've improved customer success or other customer-facing processes.
Data Judgment: You distinguish a useful account signal from a misleading score.
Systems Fluency: You can build workflows and troubleshoot data issues.
Practical Design: You create processes a busy CSM can actually use.
Operational and Analytical Fluency: You can define a useful metric, investigate data quality and turn a customer-process problem into a working change.
Nice to Have
Customer success platform experience
SQL or reporting skills
Experience with CRM or customer success platforms, lifecycle reporting and workflow automation
