AgentDynamics is building AI agents for automotive retail across sales and service.

We launched our first AI voice product with a single dealership a year ago. Since then, we’ve expanded to single-point dealerships and dealer groups representing 5 to 25+ stores across multiple U.S. markets.

AgentDynamics integrates with leading automotive CRM and DMS platforms, embedding our AI directly into the systems dealerships already use to run their businesses. Our products operate across both variable and fixed operations, automating workflows across the customer lifecycle and helping dealerships capture opportunities that would otherwise be missed.

We believe AI will become a core operating layer for automotive retail. We’re building AgentDynamics to be that layer.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to own the relationship between AgentDynamics and our dealership customers.

You’ll lead customers from onboarding through adoption, retention, and expansion, building relationships with dealership leadership while working closely with day-to-day operators to ensure AgentDynamics is delivering measurable business outcomes.

You’ll be responsible for understanding both the business and operational side of each account, from communicating ROI with dealership leadership to coordinating technical issues, driving product adoption, and identifying opportunities to expand successful deployments across additional workflows and rooftops.

This is a remote role based in Texas with regular travel to dealerships, dealer groups, and automotive industry events as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Own onboarding and rollout: Lead customers from kickoff through go-live across individual dealerships and multi-rooftop groups, coordinating requirements, integrations, training, timelines, stakeholders, and launch

• Drive adoption and outcomes: Understand how customers are using AgentDynamics, identify opportunities to increase adoption, and connect product usage to measurable dealership outcomes

• Own the customer relationship: Build trusted relationships with dealership leaders and day-to-day operators, including Dealer Principals, GMs, GSMs, BDC leaders, Service Directors, and other key stakeholders

• Run the operating cadence: Lead regular customer check-ins and business reviews with clear metrics, priorities, action items, and follow-through

• Proactively manage risk and escalations: Identify potential issues before they become larger problems, coordinate with product and engineering, and drive issues through resolution while keeping customers informed

• Drive retention and expansion: Understand where AgentDynamics is creating value and identify opportunities to expand successful deployments across additional workflows, departments, and rooftops

• Be the voice of the customer: Translate what you’re seeing inside dealerships into structured feedback for product and engineering, identify patterns across accounts, and help shape what we build next

• Improve how we operate: Help strengthen our onboarding, training, customer management, renewal, and expansion processes as we scale

Must Have

• Customer Success Experience: 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, or a similar customer-facing B2B software role, with meaningful ownership of customer accounts

• Customer Outcomes: Proven ability to drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion

• Executive Communication: Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with senior customer stakeholders

• Business Acumen: Ability to translate customer goals into measurable business outcomes and use data to demonstrate value

• Problem Solving: Strong judgment and the ability to manage customer issues through resolution

• Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly understand software products, integrations, and customer workflows

• Operational Discipline: Strong account planning, documentation, follow-up, organization, and attention to customer commitments

• High Ownership: A track record of taking responsibility for outcomes and following through without requiring constant direction

• Curiosity About AI: Genuine interest in how AI can transform customer workflows and business operations

Nice to Have

• Experience working with automotive dealerships or dealership technology

• Familiarity with dealer technology ecosystems, including CRM, DMS, BDC workflows, service scheduling, communications, and fixed operations

• Track record onboarding or managing multi-rooftop dealer groups

• Comfort coordinating technical integrations and troubleshooting

• Experience running customer reviews tied to measurable business outcomes

• Familiarity with AI technologies, including LLMs, voice AI, or automation platforms
