Customer Success Manager – Remote (Americas)

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to manage and grow relationships with our existing customers. You will help customers maximize the value of SecurityBridge solutions while driving customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, and account expansion. 

This is a customer-facing role with strong commercial responsibility. Working closely with Sales and internal teams, you will manage customer relationships, identify risks and growth opportunities, and own the renewal lifecycle. 

Key Responsibilities 

Customer Success & Relationship Management 

• Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Understand customer goals, challenges, and business needs to maximize satisfaction and outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely support and service delivery.
• Conduct regular customer meetings and business reviews to strengthen relationships and gather feedback.

Renewals & Retention 

• Own the end-to-end renewal process, including pricing, contract terms, negotiations, and execution.
• Monitor customer health, identify churn risks, and develop retention strategies with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records, renewal forecasts, and account activities.

Account Growth & Adoption 

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with Sales to drive account expansion.
• Monitor product usage and adoption, recommending improvements to maximize customer value.
• Coordinate customer training and resources to support product adoption.
• Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams to improve the customer experience.
• Participate in customer meetings and industry events as needed.

Required Qualifications 

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Renewals within SaaS, enterprise software, or technology.
• Proven experience managing contract renewals, commercial negotiations, and revenue retention.
• Experience in customer relationship management, churn prevention, and account growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand complex software solutions and communicate their business value.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and events.

Nice to Have 

• Experience within the SAP ecosystem, SAP security, or cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and B2B software solutions.
• Experience managing enterprise customers and working with international teams.

Important Information 

• Location: Fully remote within the Americas, with availability to work US Eastern or Central Time Zone business hours.
• Employment Type: Full-time.
• Reporting To: Vice President Customer Success.
• Work Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in their country of residence within the Americas region.
• Sponsorship: Employment visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are not available.
• Travel: Occasional travel may be required.
• Compensation: Salary and benefits will depend on the country of employment and applicable local requirements.
