As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our US Customer Success team and seeking an additional Customer Success Manager to join our commercial organization.

You will become part of an established global Customer Success function, working closely with experienced Customer Success Managers and cross-functional colleagues to help customers achieve their desired business outcomes while identifying opportunities for long-term partnership and growth.

The position is based in Tampa, Florida and reports directly to the General Manager.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of customers, helping them maximize the value of their Dynaway investment while strengthening relationships and expanding our footprint within their organizations.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of accounts.

• Drive customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, and overall success with Dynaway solutions.

• Understand customer goals, identify challenges and opportunities, and help customers realize greater business value.

• Proactively identify and address retention risks while uncovering opportunities for account growth and expansion.

• Lead customer business reviews and strategic planning discussions.

• Coordinate internal and partner resources to ensure customers receive exceptional support and guidance.

You Are the Ideal Candidate If
We're looking for a proactive, commercially minded relationship builder who combines a customer-centric approach with a strong growth mindset and a passion for helping customers succeed.

• You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• You have experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or a similar customer-facing role.

• You have experience from a software, SaaS, or technology company.

• You have strong relationship-building and communication skills.

• You have consultative approach and the ability to uncover customer needs and opportunities.

• You have the ability to understand technology solutions and communicate their business value effectively.

• You have experience with Microsoft Dynamics, or the broader Microsoft ecosystem is an advantage but not required.

Success in this role means maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention while driving increased adoption and engagement. It also means building strong relationships across customer organizations, identifying and closing expansion opportunities within existing accounts, and consistently delivering measurable business value for both customers and Dynaway.
