This position offers a salary range of $90,000 - $110,000. You will also qualify for participation in our annual employee bonus program.

Who you are:

You are a credible student of the healthcare supply chain and a strong relationship builder. You listen to providers, suppliers, and industry associations closely enough to hear the issues, trends, and standards gaps behind what they are saying, and you approach customer issues with a solutions orientation.

You are superbly organized and disciplined about execution: you manage competing priorities, scope and track work, and keep stakeholders informed about dependencies before they become surprises. You communicate clearly, facilitate working sessions well, and get things done across multi-functional areas.

Your background includes a bachelor's degree, at least five years of professional experience, and a minimum of two years in healthcare, with working knowledge of the FDA UDI Rule, DSCSA, and the NDC Format Change Rule. Supply chain, project management, and AI tool experience are a plus

What you will do:

You will drive adoption of GS1 Standards and GS1 US solutions across the healthcare community. Working under the direction of the Director, Community Engagement, you will build the stakeholder relationships that surface industry issues, standards gaps, and opportunities, and you will own defined deliverables for the community. This role has no supervisory responsibilities.

 

A few more details:

  • Support industry engagement strategies that drive broader adoption of GS1 Standards and GS1 US solutions in healthcare.
  • Identify and escalate industry issues, pain points, regulatory factors, and opportunities that call for standards-based solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry customers, stakeholders, and associations to advance adoption across the supply chain.
  • Develop and manage the project plans behind the team's strategies, including workgroup critical paths, tracking, and dashboards.
  • Help facilitate healthcare workgroups and task groups, defining business needs and proposing solutions that extend the use of standards.
  • Support delivery of industry training on UDI, DSCSA, and general standards adoption, and collaborate with internal teams on the industry strategy. Other duties may be assigned.

Other skills and abilities:

  • Customer-focused mindset, with a solutions orientation and appropriate escalation.
  • Superb organizational skills, attention to detail, and disciplined follow-through.
  • Ability to lead and influence across GS1 US, GS1, and industry associations without direct authority.
  • Solid oral, written, and listening skills, with working knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, GS1 Standards.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for research, analysis, and content development.
