About the Role
Join an early-stage AI company as its first dedicated Customer Success Manager. You will own the post-sale customer journey and help build a proactive CS function, partnering closely with customers, engineering, and product to support adoption and renewals.
What You'll Do
Manage enterprise customers through onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion.
Lead customer calls focused on discovery, use-case fit, and product adoption.
Share customer feedback, bug reports, and feature requests with product and company leadership.
Partner with forward-deployed engineers on proof-of-concept to paid conversions.
Match customer business objectives with AI capabilities and enterprise integrations.
What We're Looking For
Five to seven years of Customer Success experience, including proactive customer management.
Experience at an early-stage startup, ideally in a horizontal AI business.
Familiarity with companies serving both product-led growth and enterprise sales customers.
Comfort working with AI and LLM products, and tools such as Slack, Jira, GitHub, and Confluence.
Ability to work in an evolving environment and turn customer needs into actionable product feedback.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is $130,000 to $160,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
Hybrid, based in San Francisco, California. Atlanta, Georgia is also an eligible location.
