On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to oversee enterprise-level service activities, drive solution adoption, and maximize customer value. In this role, you will act as the key strategic link between clients and internal services teams, partnering with stakeholders up to the executive level to ensure long-term satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor across operational and executive levels.

  • Align client business goals with the product roadmap to drive adoption and maximize platform value.

  • Develop strategic customer success plans outlining key metrics, risk mitigation, and actionable recommendations.

  • Prioritize and resolve critical escalations and raised client concerns.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Services, and Product Management to identify expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer-facing roles (consulting, account management, or CSM), including executive-level escalation handling.

  • 1+ years of project management experience with enterprise HCM, Payroll, or Financial systems.

  • Proven experience within a complex SaaS or enterprise software environment.

  • Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and webinar hosting skills.

  • Professional fluency in both German and English.

  • Willingness to travel up to 15%.
