Customer Success Manager

Your Journey to Success:

As our Senior Project Manager / Customer Success Manager, you'll own the end-to-end client experience for a portfolio of 20–30 MFour Data Research accounts — you're the person your clients count on from project kickoff through delivery and renewal. Three things define success here: keeping clients informed and confident through clear, proactive communication; making your client the hero of their own story by putting DANI™ in MFour Studio™ to work for them; and coordinating our internal teams — panel/sample, data science, and product — so every project lands on time, on budget, and on spec. This is a hybrid role based out of our Irvine, CA office, reporting to the VP and Manager of Customer Success.

Your Mission:

• Own day-to-day client management at both the account and project level for a portfolio of 20–30 MFour Data Research accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with panel/sample operations, research, and product teams to keep every project on time, on budget, and on spec.
• Guide clients through the SaaS/DaaS customer journey, driving adoption and consumption of MFour Studio™ and DANI™.
• Identify and help close upsell and expansion opportunities inside existing accounts — additional data products, new SaaS/DaaS features and services.
• Build new client relationships and strengthen existing ones by presenting data-driven insights that make your clients look good to their stakeholders.

What Sets You Apart 

• 3–5 years in quantitative research, preferably supplier-side (research firm, panel company, or insights platform).
• 3–5 years working with large data sets, plus hands-on experience designing questionnaires and analysis reports.
• Proven experience managing and communicating with multiple external clients at the same time.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presenting data-driven insights directly to clients.
• Completed Bachelor's degree or higher, with strong MS Office proficiency.

• An AI-first mentality — you're already using AI tools and LLMs to speed up analysis and client deliverables.
• Experience with SaaS/DaaS customer journey management and user consumption strategy.
