About the role
Compensation: $70,000 base + On-Target Earnings
Growth: Up to a 2.5% pay raise every 6 months

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll serve as the primary relationship and business owner for assigned accounts. You'll be responsible for successful onboarding, product adoption, customer health, retention, and long-term value realization. You'll work to develop a deep understanding of each customer's practice, workflows, and challenges and use your insights to help customers get measurable value from Aloha.
What You'll Do
- Own Customer Relationships: Manage a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts, building strong relationships and serving as their trusted advisor throughout the customer journey.
- Lead Onboarding & Adoption: Guide new customers through a successful launch, helping them implement Aloha's products, optimize workflows, and achieve their business goals.
- Drive Customer Success & Growth: Proactively monitor customer health, identify opportunities to improve product adoption, and uncover opportunities for account expansion.
- Champion Customer Retention: Identify potential risks early, address customer concerns, and develop strategies to improve satisfaction, strengthen relationships, and reduce churn.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Technical Success, Support, Product, and Sales teams to resolve challenges, advocate for customers, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
