Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing CG Infinity clients.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with business and technology leaders within client organizations.
- Maintain a consistent in-person presence through regular client visits and meetings.
- Serve as a visible and accessible representative of CG Infinity.
- Identify client business challenges, priorities, and strategic initiatives.
- Uncover opportunities for CG Infinity to provide additional services, solutions, or support.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align client needs with CG Infinity capabilities.
- Help expand existing client relationships through thoughtful and consultative engagement.
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute account growth strategies.
- Participate in executive-level client meetings and relationship-building activities.
- Communicate client feedback, emerging needs, risks, and growth opportunities to internal leadership.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure client priorities are understood and addressed.
