Full job details
Vouched is building the trust layer for both human and AI-native workflows. Our two core products — IDV (Identity Verification) and KYA (Know Your Agent) — help businesses verify who they're dealing with, whether that's a person or an autonomous AI agent.
We're looking for a Customer Success Intern who thinks and operates like a future Chief of Staff — someone with the instincts to stay ahead of the details, close the loop without being asked, and bring order to a fast-moving environment.
You don't need prior CS experience. We care far more about how you operate: organized, proactive, quick to follow up, hungry to learn, and already reaching for AI tools to work smarter. If that sounds like you, you'll thrive here.
You'll work directly within our KYA and CS teams which now sit under the same organization, supporting onboarding, account health, and customer engagement across both product lines. In a lean startup, your work will be visible and your impact felt from day one.
Responsibilities
Support Customer Onboarding and Account Health
- Help coordinate and track the onboarding process for new IDV and KYA customers
- Monitor account activity and flag early signs of friction, disengagement, or missed milestones
- Assist in building and maintaining customer health trackers and status dashboards
Own Follow-Up and Communication Hygiene
- Ensure timely follow-up on open customer requests, outstanding action items, and post-meeting notes
- Draft customer-facing communications: check-in emails, meeting recaps, onboarding summaries
- Maintain clean, accurate records across our CRM for all assigned accounts
Build Onboarding and Enablement Resources
- Help develop and iterate on onboarding guides, FAQs, and help documentation
- Support the creation of customer-facing resources that reduce time-to-value
- Identify documentation gaps based on recurring customer questions or patterns
Drive Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a connective link between CS, Product, and Engineering when customer issues require routing
- Organize and track open items from cross-functional meetings and customer syncs
- Help maintain a clear voice-of-customer feedback loop to inform product priorities
Use AI to Work Smarter (Required, Not Optional)
- Actively apply AI tools to automate routine tasks, draft communications, and surface insights
- Propose and test lightweight automations to improve CS team efficiency
- Stay current on AI tooling and bring ideas for adoption back to the team
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program — any major welcome
- No prior CS experience required; we hire for mindset and operating style, not resume
- Exceptionally organized: you build systems for yourself and others, and nothing falls through the cracks
- Self-starter: you take initiative, move quickly, and don't wait to be told
- Quick follow-up is a core part of how you operate — you close the loop before it's asked
- Eager to learn: you ask smart questions, absorb context fast, and apply it immediately
- Actively using AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, or similar — in your coursework, side projects, or daily life
Nice to Have
Exposure to SaaS, identity, fintech, healthcare, or developer-facing products
- Experience in a coordination, operations, or project management capacity — internship, club leadership, or otherwise
- Familiarity with CRM tools or customer-facing workflows
- Interest in AI infrastructure, trust, security, or agentic systems
- Remote working environment
- Self-managed paid time off
- 11+ annual company holidays
